Viewing SVCMON Point Alarms

The Alarm view of the CygNet ServiceMon Administration utility provides an interface for you to view the SVCMON point alarms that have been reported to the Common Alarm Service.

This alarm interface is the standard CygNet CAS View Control. You can perform alarm events such as acknowledging and clearing alarms, sorting and filtering the view, and changing view items and column orders.

A SVCMON point’s Report to CAS property must be enabled for an alarm to be reported to the Common Alarm Service.
